Chef Antwain Trimble is a dynamic and seasoned culinary professional with more than two decades of experience leading kitchens across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and fine dining.

A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu program at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Chef Trimble blends classical culinary training with modern innovation to create memorable dining experiences that celebrate both health and flavor.

Throughout his career, Chef Trimble has served in executive culinary leadership roles at respected institutions including McLaren Health, Concordia University, Madonna University, and the Hilton Garden Inn Flint. His leadership has helped transform kitchens across Michigan while managing culinary teams of more than 50 staff members and overseeing large-scale catering and restaurant operations.

Chef Antwain Trimble is the proud founder of Robella Haynie’s LLC, a culinary company focused on bringing together healthy living and bold, dynamic flavors. As a personal chef and caterer, he creates customized meals and memorable dining experiences for a wide range of clients.


Chef Antwain Trimble also hosts The Chef Show in partnership with the Urban Renaissance Center in Flint, Michigan, where he shares culinary education, culture, and storytelling while highlighting food as a powerful tool for connection and community.

In 2021, he was honored as My City Magazine’s Best Hotel Chef of Genesee County.
